How to Reach
From Kalam Bazaar, hire a 4x4 jeep at the official Mahodand jeep stand. Round trip with 3 hours at the lake costs around PKR 8,000-12,000 per jeep (capacity 6 adults). Drive time: ~2 hours each way.
Things to Do
Boating: PKR 500-1,000 per boat for 30 min.
Trout fishing: licences from the Fisheries Office in Kalam.
Camping: tents available for rent at the lake.
Photography: best light is 8-10 AM and 4-6 PM.
